My name is Adam Osterfeld and I am an art director at Oxygen Media in NYC. I
was wondering if you knew where I might be able to digitize Regular 8mm. I
have hours of footage my father shot in the 50's and 60's. Also if you knew
where I might purchase a regular (not super) editor and splicing materials.
Any leads you could give me would be helpful.

You can have Reg8 transferred to any broadcast quality format you want at CinePost in Atlanta. They have a RANK so it will cost a lot, 250.00 per hour. As for Reg8 equipment call Irv Higdon in California. I know he has a Kalart viwer/splicer and a nice Bolex projector for sale. His number is 1-800-318-3259. Good Luck
